APPOINTMENTS
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure we can provide timely care to all of our patients, we require a $55 deposit to hold your first appointment, and a credit/HSA card on file to hold future appointments. All credit cards are accepted.
Please note that we require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations will result in a $45 fee. If you need to re-schedule an appointment, we would prefer the make up appointment to be within the same week. Should you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full amount of the service in question.
